        Recently, there are illegal business products on the market that have stolen the EU BPR certification passed by our company. I hereby solemnly and sincerely declared on oath that our company has never authorized any organization or individual to use the certification. Our company reserves the right to pursue legal liability for such acts

        Topone Anti-Mold Technology is the first anti-mold and anti-bacterial enterprise that has passed the EU BPR certification in mainland China. For EU BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation), please consult with us. In EU, active ingredients or preparations for the precaution, prevention, and killing of harmful organisms used in humans and animals, or industrial materials and products are collectively referred to as biocides. The involved industries cover textiles, leather, tires, furniture, home decoration, plastics, printing and dyeing, toys, electronics, automobiles and so forth.

        The EU Biocidal Products Regulation (Regulation EU No. 528/2012) is referred to as BPR for short.BPR entered into force on Jul. 17th, 2012 and was fully implemented from Sept. 1st, 2013, in place of the Biocidal Products Directive (BPD). The regulation aims to unify the operation and management of the biocide market at the EU level, ensuring that it is not harmful to human life and the environment during the use of biocidal products.  

        Biocidal Products Regulation BPR         As a special kind of product, biocidal products mainly include disinfectants, preservatives and pest control agents. Biocidal products are widely used in daily life and industrial fields, such as personal care, disinfection in public places, drinking water, industrial water treatment, wood, emulsion, paint, coating, leather, preservative textile treatment, deratization, algae removal and antifouling etc. All biocidal products on the EU market are regulated under this regulation—Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
